Yes we do allow refunds and returns on products, you can refer to our return policy for additional information. However, refunds on deposits are non refundable. After receiving a valid claim it is our responsibility to repair or replace the product or service. If we are not able to repair or replace in a timely manner then we will issue a full refund.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 3-5 Business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing. After processing your order will be shipped by USPS priority mail. Allow 1-3 Business days for it to be delivered.

OUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Skin Appeal LLC we try our best to make sure every customer and client is happy. If there is a reason you need to return your products please review the information listed below.

1. Returns MUST be returned in 30 days prior to receiving your product.
2. Must be unopened, and returned in the condition it was sent.
3. You will be refunded for the product, however the shipping cost is final.
4. You are responsible for handling shipping cost to return.

Once we receive your product within 30 days, we will issue the refund. Once your refund is sent we will notify you. Further questions please reach out to us and we will be gladly to answer them.

• All clients are required to have a card on file.
• Clients must pay a $25 non-refundable deposit (applied to your service)
• No call / no show = 100% of service cost
• Same-day cancellations or last minute reschedules = 50% of service cost

Package clients:
– Same-day cancellation or last minute reschedule fee = $25 fee. If your service provider cancels or reschedules same day we will apply a $25 credit to your account.
– No call / no show = one service will be removed from your package.

 

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment anytime up to 12 hours before your scheduled service.
