Responsibility of use
When purchasing a product make sure you are reading through the description and you agree to the terms before buying it. Yes we do allow refunds and returns on products, you can refer to our return policy for additional information. However, refunds on deposits are non refundable. As listed in our cancellation policy.
Rights to Change
We may without notice stop services or products or change services and change product prices. We also may terminate access to products and services without notice and liability. Skin Appeal LLC is also able to change terms and conditions at our discretion.
You agree to receive emails and notifications about specials and sales, you are able to subscribe from our mailing list at any time! Please contact us if you would like to be removed from our mailing list.
After receiving a valid claim it is our responsibility to repair or replace the product or service. If we are not able to repair or replace in a timely manner then we will issue a full refund.
You agree that any pictures uploaded to our site or after signing our consultation form in person that we are able to display your photos for before and after purposes only.

We may terminate or suspend accounts without notice if you violate any of our Terms and Conditions. You can also cancel your account with us at any time.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 3-5 Business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for processing. After processing your order will be shipped by USPS priority mail. Allow 1-3 Business days for it to be delivered.
OUR REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Here at Skin Appeal LLC we try our best to make sure every customer and client is happy. If there is a reason you need to return your products please review the information listed below.
1. Returns MUST be returned in 30 days prior to receiving your product.
2. Must be unopened, and returned in the condition it was sent.
3. You will be refunded for the product, however the shipping cost is final.
4. You are responsible for handling shipping cost to return.
Once we receive your product within 30 days, we will issue the refund. Once your refund is sent we will notify you. Further questions please reach out to us and we will be gladly to answer them.
Thank you for choosing Skin Appeal to fulfill you skincare needs! A NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit of $25 is required and will be applied to your service. If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. Less than that you will have to rebook and put down a new deposit. If you are a new client please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out a consultation form. I ask that everyone please be on time!! Late fee after 10 minutes is $10. If you are late it will deduct time from your service. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
